BARC is a Philadelphia
organization dedicated to protecting animals.
BARC stands for Buttercup
Animal Rescue Center.
Buttercup was a stray
cat until we found her. The president of our organization took
her in and cared for her. She is now a healthy cat.
We believe that animals
shouldn't be left uncared for. We try to do all we can to help
stray animals.
